I actually got to the gym three times this week. I had my first training session since before Christmas, and I told my trainer I pretty much just wanted to start fresh, so she did the whole assessment test and everything on me. I never did in the first place because I was pregnant when I started. So now I have a pretty good baseline for what I can do.
I maintained my weight through the holidays, but my fat percentage went up some. Since my husband is gone though, I'll probably be utilizing the gym a lot. Childcare is awesome.
Can I jump in again ladies? I totally fell off the wagon and ate all my feelings. But I've been doing so much better this week!
I haven't weighed myself but my size 18 jeans fit without struggle now! Yay! So that's definite progress. I've been eating super healthy at work bc I sit at a computer all day so I'm worried I'll be a fat slob if I don't. So pretty much I snack on pretzels and hummus and fruit. I just hope this weekend I don't pig out!

I'm doing, um, not so good. Well, that's not entirely true. My meals have been great. I haven't really been snacking a lot. But there has been a lot of leftover candy at school and I've had a really hard time everyday with grabbing a piece when I go in the lounge or the library. Giving up sugar is so hard! I just need to keep plugging along. I'd also like to try to get in a run this weekend, but not sure if it's going to end up being possible or not.
Got to the gym the 3 days I was home last week. 6 pounds away from goal weight. *fist pump*
I put away all my old materinity/fat clothes today and now am wearing my old clothes and only 1 size up in jeans and even those have spare room.
I need to get better at drinking water. Thinking it's time to add lemon to flavor it up. I struggle to hydrate in the winter. Probably why I had such low amniotic fluid this time last year.
