Showing/bloating really early?!

I'm only 10 weeks and I eat very healthy. My belly was relatively flat before I got pregnant. Now it seems like nothing is fitting and I have this little belly pudge! This is our 4th child but it still seems a bit early for this "showing". Is anyone else experiencing this? It's freaking me out.

This is my sixth child, fifth pregnancy (I have a set of twins) and I've been bloated since the week I missed my period! I'm 12 weeks now. I'd definitely say that bloating at ten weeks isn't uncommon.
