NTTGP: T&P's needed - caution - graphic

My grandmother went into kidney failure earlier this year. She needed Dialysis but didn't have any veins in her arm strong enough, so they inserted a catheter into her heart.

She had a Dr's appointment today to have a vein graft so she could have the catheter in her heart removed.

My uncle showed up at her house today at noon to take her to the appointment.

He found her on the bathroom floor. Best we can tell, something caused her to pass out/faint and on her way down either she pulled it or it got caught on something, but the catheter in her heart was pulled out.

My grandma bled to death on her bathroom floor.

I am in shock right now. I cannot process this. This is NOT how my grandmother was supposed to go. She was NOT supposed to bleed to death, alone, on her bathroom floor.

My family and I could use any and all T&P's you could spare.
