So did the zoo thing today and that started some tiny contractions, nothing much though. Got home laid down to rest and could time them at about 4 min. Took a hot shower and laid down again. Fell asleep and now just twinges.

Thinking about some nipple stim to see what it does

Maybe you are dehydrated from the zoo... Drink lots of water and see if they continue. If they do then I would say go for the stimilation.
