    Hey ladies. @Km672‌ I have everything crossed for you!! Yes this has to work!

    Not much going on. 10 weeks today. I almost called the OB to see if they had an opening today instead of Wed. I'm a nervous wreck. I will be so relieved when I see the baby again.

    QOTW: I really don't like to cook. MH would say my veal shank and stuffed banana peppers. I would say my stuffed shells with brick and provolone cheese :)

    ME:46 MH:44 DE IVF 2014
    Met with RE 4/11. 2 IUI's BFN. DE best option. Switched clinics to do "shared" program. Had to retake all tests and a mamm that put me behind and then on a DE waiting list for 12 months. Picked a donor!! (10/13/13) Got matched. Estimated transfer in December. After 2.5 years of patiently waiting I will finally cycle....can hardly believe it. DE cycle got cancelled. One of her tests came back positive.  Waiting for another donor. Donor picked!! (1/18/14)

    DE IVF #1 (4/26) BFN  DE FET #1 (6/4) BFP! Beta 1=339 Beta 2=852 Beta 3=9957 EDD 2/22/15!!

    We've selected a donor and are moving forward to ER later this month. @JimBobCooter‌, for my first fresh cycle I was on BCP for 2 to 3 weeks. Once donor and I had AF, I started delestrogen and she started stims for about 9 days. Somewhere in there was ganerelix for her, too. She then did an HCG trigger and 3 days later was ET. I started PIO the day donor went to ER. We transferred 5 day blasts and had a beta 10 days later. This time process will be the same, more or less. I have never used lupron for any of my cycles.

    @Km672 I have my FX for you! I'm sorry that you feel like your RE is giving up on you. I cycle with a SIRM clinic (my old RE had his own practice, but did his IVF with SIRM) and I am actually switching to a SIRM RE. SIRM does fairly basic immune testing, but I have known several women that have gotten pregnant with them. Let me know if you have any questions about their immune testing or treatment.

    Hi girls. @BeckyP005, I hope your appointment goes well! @Twinkie0612, I am so excited for all of your appointments!! @JimBobCooter, I hope this donor is the one! So far it sounds very promising. @Km672, I am thinking of you!!

    We got our second profile yesterday. She looks almost exactly like my sister, and her family & health history is great. She's a first time donor and 31 years old, and has a 1 y/o daughter. The part that makes me hesitant is that she's 31... Isn't that too old? Sigh. If she were five years younger, this would be a no-brainer. I'm not sure...

    QOTW: I hate cooking. I wish my husband would take over in this department!!

    @Twinkie0612 I'm so glad they were able to move your appt. up! Best of luck with it!

    @kushie77 Good luck with your appointment next week!

    @JimBobCotter Keeping everything crossed that everything works out!

    @cc+mm Best of luck with the c-section next week & congrats!

    @Km672 I'm so sorry that you feel like your Dr. has given up on you, but am so glad that you have other options. Sending some positive thoughts your way!

    @BeckyP005 Best of luck at your appointment tomorrow! Yay for getting to see your little one!

    @daydreamer34254 I agree with JimBob, if she is perfect on everything else, see if you can find out her levels. Best of luck, I know that picking a donor can be tough.

    @jalara48 I'm so glad that you got a good report from India! I hope that you start to feel more like yourself soon!

    AFM: I had an appointment yesterday to check my uterus and there was still a spot that looked like a polyp. My Dr. was able to fit me in today for a hysteroscopy. She removed a small clot and a 1cm fibroid from the inside of my uterus. It is now all nice and clean inside! I have to wait this cycle out to let my uterus heal, but should be able to start my FET cycle towards the end of August/ first of September. So it is all good news and I feel good about moving forward. We are just keeping everything crossed that there are not anymore issues that pop up.

    @figuresk8r28@hotmail.com  Welcome!
    @twinkie0612  I love that you have a countdown for your appts.  I hope the new RE is perfect for you!
    @kushie77  Sometimes it those little things that make us smile...even AF lol.  I hope your meeting goes well, good luck!
    @jimbobcooter  I'm not familiar with fresh cycle syncing but I hope she passes everything and you can move forward quickly!
    @cc+mm  Yay!  Can't wait to "meet" Gracie!
    @km672  I'm glad the results were good but I'm sorry your RE has made you feel this way.  I hope you can turn things around for this cycle and have a positive outcome.  Your meal sounds A-mazing!!
    @BeckyP005  I would be going crazy too.  OMG your 10 wks!  So exciting.
    @Chicagobride_07  Congrats on selecting a donor!
    @daydreamer34254  I agree with pp, I think 31 vs 29 isn't what should really be focused on since it's only 2 years, more important will be the test results.  Good luck!
    @e74  Yay for birthday celebrations!
    @jalara48  I feel dumb, it took me a good 5 minutes staring at EAL/EAIF to figure out what it meant LOL  Anyways, I love that your surrogate sent you a video and has offered a little bit of something personal. I hope the pumping gets easier for you and you get some sleep too!
    @sammer818  I can't believe it's V day already!  Now the fun begins, decorating :)  Have fun!
    @sweetgoose I'm sorry you had to have another hysteroscopy but I'm glad it was quick.  Hopefully things will move smooth from here

    I'm sorry that I haven't been more active the last few weeks.  I know it was my excuse before but my work is just crazy right now.  I'd love to help @2MamazinSeattle with the check-in too but I just can't commit to it right now.  Forgive me :(

    AFM:  We flew down to Jacksonville this time instead of driving.  Left at 7:15 on Thursday night, had to be at FIRM at 6:45 am Friday.  Our flight home was Saturday at 3 pm.  It was a very quick trip!

    Dr. Duffy was great!  He didn't have to do a trial transfer because he was able to visualize everything and the catheter passed in perfectly.  The biopsy on the other hand was horribly painful!  Valium didn't do a darn thing except make me not able to walk straight lol.  I cried and screamed for the whole thing which was probably 30 seconds or so.  Nan counted down from 10 for me because I couldn't even comprehend numbers.  Afterwards, he said that he thinks that my ute may be hypersensitive to things because of the radiation exposure and chemo treatments.  It makes sense given the previous research I have done on pain following treatment.

    My husband was angry that I was in so much pain again without sedation.  Nan said we will do it for transfer with no questions.  Dr. Duffy said that he really believes he can do the transfer with no pain since he was able to get the catheter in without issues but he will do it however we want it.  I'm on fence about sedation for transfer but my husband said we are doing it no matter what.  We probably will.

    So now the wait for the results, it will take about 3 weeks and I start another Nuvaring tonight to prep for the next FET or whatever we need to do next.  I'm REALLY nervous about the results.  At my mid-cycle u/s my lining was 7mm but when I went for the biopsy it was only 4!  I was on 2 mg vaginal estrace 3 times a day instead of patches and on 200 mg vaginal progesterone suppositories twice a day instead of PIO.  I really hope that isn't a sign.  Other than this cycle, I'm just terrified that my ute is too damaged from the radiation.

    QOTW:  Homemade fondue!  DH and I have done it twice now.  It's the perfect romantic evening.

    @km672 Hoping and praying things turn around in a positive way!
    @BeckyP005 - The day is here! You must be over the moon ready to see your baby again. Can't wait to hear how it goes, good luck!
    @2MamazinSeattle - that's SO exciting, you're in the home stretch!
    @jalara48 - hope you're able to get more rest soon. I think thats so great you got the pics and video from your surrogate, how special.

    I know I'm missing some people but I need to run out of the house. Sending hugs and positive thoughts out there to everyone!

    Update: I found out I need to find a new OBGYN, which is a bummer because I really liked her. But she is hoping to start her own family soon and needs to dial back on patients. So, Im hoping I can find another great one. Once we do that we can set up my 12 week appointment...but my current OB offered to have me come in for a genetic test first in a couple weeks, that will also show the fetal sex so I'm pretty excited about that. My EDD is 3/12/15.

    Favorite meal...we cook often & I love so many types of food so I'm not sure I can narrow it down. But pretty much anything my husband cooks. I cook a lot, but he has the talent of throwing anything together and it coming out amazing. He went to culinary school as part of his military training, so that's a plus! And his mom and grandma definitely taught him well!

    Well OB appt was uneventful. In my head I knew the office didn't have an u/s machine but for some reason I had in my so called brain I would still hear HB. I think I'm losing it.

    She tried on Doppler but no go. She said that is normal but I was still a bit freaked out so she wrote me a script for an u/s. Have one this Friday. MH thinks I'm over reacting but whatever.

    Hey everyone! Lots going on. GL to everyone and (((hugs))) to those that need it.

    Update: today I had an HSG and baseline ultrasound. If all clear (and it looks like it should be) I will start Lupron tomorrow.

    QOTW: my mom's pork chops & rice was always good growing up. It depends on the season. In the summer to me, nothing beats a great BLT. :)

    Hi Girls :) Thank you @JimBobCooter, @Love4Labs326 & @sweetgoose for the advice. My nurse (who is fabulous) suggested the same thing, so they're going to bring her in ASAP to redo her baseline stats. If they check out well, then we're going to go for it!! I am blown away by how much she looks like my sister. And maybe this sounds strange, but I don't really care if our donor looks like me (in a way I almost don't want her to look like me... I know, that's really weird!!!), but I'd be so happy for her to look like my sister. That probably makes no sense!

    Now here's a question: what do you ladies think of doing CCS testing on the embryos created with a donor? Originally, we dismissed the idea because we didn't want to make this more expensive than it had to be. Now I'm having second thoughts and think we should do it.

    @jalara48 - I am smiling for you anytime I think of mangos or puddles :) That's such a sweet nickname! Mangos for Puddles!!
    @2MamazinSeattle - you're almost there!! I hope your GD stays under control so you can have the delivery of your dreams!
    @Lacyj67 - I always love reading your posts :) Your tone is so positive and happy! GL with your FET prep!!
    @brooklynesque - congratulations!!!!!
    @BeckyP005 - I'm thinking about you today and hoping that your u/s goes perfectly!!
    @ksgsmu - hooray for milestones!! Congrats on getting off of the PIO!
    @Love4Labs326 - FX for good results <3
    @sweetgoose - FX for no more surprises! FET is so close!!!!

    @daydreamer34254‌ I love that you may have found the donor!! I agreed with you that I kinda wanted her to look a bit like me but also different. Good luck with her!!!

    Thank you for your thoughts @Lacyj67 & @JimBobCooter

    My nurse emailed to tell me that our potential donor should be ready to go in for retesting in about two weeks when she gets her next period. She asked if we were serious enough about the donor to put her on the pill so we could move right after the results get back. Yes! Yes! Yes! So here's hoping everything comes back great and we can get this show on the road soon!
