how often do you go in for u/s and check ups?

I am still seeing my RE until I hit 12 weeks, but the week of Feb. 16 I get to 'graduate' to my OB. ?Until then, I go to the RE just about every 2 weeks to get an u/s and bloodwork.

Once I start seeing my OB, how often is he likely to have me come in? ?

I'm afraid I'll be so used to seeing the babies so frequently that it will be really tough to cut back!?

I have been seeing my OB every two weeks since 10 weeks when I had some spotting. I see the peri and have had an ultrasound every 4 since 18 weeks. I go back to the peri for another u/s in 3 weeks, and then probably more frequently. Starting at 28 weeks, I have had a NST weekly. I am a frequent flyer at these docs! If it matters, my twins are spontaneous (most likely) identical boys, but I have MTHFR and a risk for blood clots- not sure how often I would see the docs if not for these factors. HTH and GL!

Once I graduated to the OB, I was seen every 4 weeks. Now they're also doing u/s every 4 weeks (started around 18w). Once I hit around 28 weeks, I'll go to scans every 2 weeks and appointments TBD based on how the boys are doing.

I did go through "scan withdrawl" after seeing the OB. I thought it would kill me to go from 8w until 18w to see my boys again!

Until 18 weeks I went to the OB every 4 weeks.. after that I had an U/S after 4 weeks and OB every two weeks... until 28 I will go every two weeks, after that I will see OB every week, but still have U/S every 4 weeks, once we get closer they may switch up the U/S.. but things are progressing pretty normally so they probably won't make any changes.

We have seen the OB every 4 weeks and the MFM every 4 weeks starting at 8 weeks. My twins are spontaneous and I have no other risk factors except that they are multiples. I scheduled my appts so that they'd line up to every 2 weeks. I've also requested that my OB start checking my cervix at my appts with her starting at 22 weeks so it will be checked every 2 weeks.

I'm planning to request this too - I have this fear of having an incompetent cervix - although I have no reason to. ?But it will totally lower my anxiety if I am checked. ??

I go every 3 wks ..... eventually it will be every 2 weeks and then once a week ...... next appt I will have to remember to ask when the every 2 wks will start

I get a monthly ultrasound and around week 20 I'll see the peri. They say after 24 weeks I'll start coming in every 2 weeks. They say its precaution just to make sure they are growing ok and I'm not dilating. I had one baby at 32 weeks so I have a higher chance of going into pre term labor. I'm just going to look at it as monthly baby pics.

I go every 4 weeks to the OB. I have my first appointment with the peri on Feb 2nd, so I'm not sure how often I'll have to go back to see him just yet.
