Newbie intro

Hi Ladies! I'm not sure if this is considered my local board. Are there many people from the Altoona/Johnstown area here?

My DH and I are talking about TTC and I'm in the process of losing weight in an attempt to be as healthy as possible while TTC and, eventually, during pregnancy. The actual TTC probably won't start until this summer but, I'm starting to do a little more reading and research on what to expect. I haven't lurked too terribly much and will probably stay in the shadows a while longer but, I just wanted to say HI! incase I did post and you all were like who the crap is that girl?!

oh and just a side note.... we have a "healthy you" check-in over at the Central PA board if you want some support as you are loosing weight. I do it for weight loss support as do some ladies and some do it for support getting their butts to the gym. Anyway you are welcome to join... it is posted every Tuesday

Welcome! I agree that the Healthy You check-in is a great way to get some support. I'm on the other side of things...trying to lose the post-baby weight (and then some!) GL to you !
