Maybe I'm NOT done!!!!

I am SO sick of people saying, "A boy and girl, how perfect.  Now you are done!"  What?  Maybe I am not done.  Maybe you should be quiet.

    I would have to come up with some sort of smart come back.  People tell me I have too many kids to be so young.  I cant think of a good come back.  (I was only 22 when K&K were born and had 3 under 13 months)

    Actually I think saying "Maybe Im not done, maybe you should be quiet" would actually work.  :)

    I dont mind being rude back to rude people who assume they know me and have some sort of right to make these comments to me.  Go, away.

    We're expecting two boys, but people are already saying 'how perfect, two for one, you're done'. Um, maybe we don't want the average 2.1 children. Why don't people mind their own business!?!?

    People are so rude. Logan wasn't planned at all...he was a total surprise....and we were "done" after the twins but I still couldn't believe some of the comments that my family members (on my Dad's side) said to me. They were just BEYOND rude. Logan was the best surprise ever. I seriously thank god EVERY DAY for him and I tell him multiple times a day he was my miracle baby. Some people are just asshats.

    We have 2 girls and people have said that to us.  We just respond by saying "no, we aren't." or "for now".

    yeah, people ask me that all the time too. and while DH thinks we are, i am not so sure...heh.

    I know exactly what you mean, but in my case people say that about the fact that we had twins nad now have 2 babies....2 at one time...aren't you done now? Just think you never have to be pg again!
