Confession...

I let my boys nap in their swings so that they don't wake each other when I'm trying to get them down :)  I hope we outgrow this before they're teens!

    They're in there right now, swaddled & swinging with their noise machine on- blissfully asleep Big Smile

    Mine will only nap in the swing or in the car.  They are 8 months now and I can't get them to nap in their cribs.  I don't mind that they nap in the swings, I'm just freaking out thinking they are going to be to big for them soon.

    ehh... mine only nap in their swings as well... they won't sleep in their cribs unless we swaddle them, so you are not alone.   I am hoping that I do not have to swaddle them until they are teens..,

    Lady, my kids slept in their swings until they were about 7m! They were getting to big and burning out the motors (they were hand me down swings to begin with).  If the swings work use them!

    The only place (besides my arms) that mine will nap are their swings! Don't feel bad. I figure one day wewill get them in their cribs.

    Mine slept in their swings forever too. When they started napping in their cribs and stopped using their swings altogether. I did not want to put the swings away in the basement, I had grown to attached to them ;) Even though they were a huge clutter, they had been my answer to peaceful babies, it was hard to let them go :)

    My boys also lived in their swings and bouncy seats forever...actually until they started rolling themselves out of the bouncy seat lol.  Don't worry I think it's normal.
