Multiples

is m/s worse?

is m/s worse when carrying multiples?

what about the hunger, sleepiness, etc...

I guess this would be a good question for those that had a singleton and multiple pgs.

IUI#1 - 05/20/08 = BFP! M/C - 14 weeks :( baby girl

Re: is m/s worse?

  • My morning sickness was much more intense this time around. My exhaustion is worse and I have to eat more often than I did last time.

  • This is my first though I had no m/s. I was exhausted during 1st tri and very hungry.
  • I only had my twins, but if it helps I had no m/s at all.  I was hungry 24/7 but not really sleepy early on.  As I got into my 3rd tri I was exhausted just from the extra weight I was carrying around - but by then I was too uncomfortable to sleep, LOL.
  • No singleton pg to compare it to, but my m/s has been (actually still is) brutal. Saying that, I don't have much of an appetite at all and haven't been overly hungry. Super tired throughout though - I never got that 2nd tri energy I read about. Lots of people on here had no m/s, so hopefully you'll be one of the lucky ones!
  • m/s with triplets was soooo much worse for me than with singleton.  I was barely functioning with the triplet pregnancy and on Zofran - which helped but not as much as it did with singleton pregnancy.
