Using it for one of the twins on the way! After that I plan on saving it for SIL....she wants to have kids soon and they expressed interest in using ours.
I think we may be done at 1 child but just in case I am saving his stuff for reuse if we do decide to have another. I actually need to get some thick plastic wrap of some sort to wrap all of his stuff in. What about storing the swing?

My BFF will be using it for her son that she is having in May and then we will get it back again if we have more kids. After that I don't know what we will do with it.

Keeping it. If the next baby is a boy, then I'll give it to someone who needs a carseat (it's pink). I know plenty of people who would be glad to use it, but that sucker wasn't cheap, so I'm going to hold on to it for now.
My sister is having a baby in February, so we passed it down to her along with a bunch of other stuff (bassinet, clothes, swing, etc...). Because we gave them so much stuff my sister and her H, bought us one of our convertible car seats...it was very nice of them!
put it in a garbage bag and store it in the attic. It is one of the 'big ticket' items that I purposely got in decent quality and neutral colors so it could be reused for (God willing) next child which I hope to have in two years or so, that way the safety standards should still be good. After that child I may try to sell it or give it away if I know someone who needs it because even if I have a third child it won't be good long enough for them.
Oh, and re: finding someone to use it. I know a nurse who works in a program for disadvantaged children. I giver her baby stuff we don't need and don't want to save and she passes it along.
I would call the health department or a hospital to see if they have a list of charities.
I want to find a women's shelter to give DD's toys to when she outgrows them, or to the children's home.
My mom's BFF was talking to my mom and telling her about a woman at her work who had a new baby and needed a carseat. My mom mentioned that I had upraded Ben to the convertible, so it (and the extra base) were no longer getting used. Since we are not having any more kids, I planned on trying to sell it on Craigslist. My mom's friend called me, asked me if I'd take $100 for everything and I said yes. So, long story short - I sold it.
I donated it along with his swing and bouncer to Baby2Baby. They will accept used carseats as long as they have not been in an accident, and you complete a form.
I will either donate it, freecycle it, or maybe try to sell on Craigslist. We don't plan on having another baby for 4 years or so, so I don't want to keep it that long- it will be close to expiring by that point anyhow.
Re: What will you do with your infant seat?
I have no idea
. The infant seat from my first child is still in our basement, soon to expire.
I don't think you can donate used carseats for people to use with babies, right? Only for demonstrations?

Not sure yet. Possibly put it on Craigs List, because I know that someone will eventually want it.
Does anyone know how one might donate a carseat? What kinds of places accept them?

saving for next baby
Save it for the next baby.

We're keeping it for #2 for sure. I wouldn't mind a fresh new one because this one is taking a beating but hoepfully a good cleaning will help that.
