I swear I die a little inside...

...when Holly barfs up pumped breastmilk. It is very valuable--like liquid gold--when it takes you 3 pumpings to get 2.5 ounces!!!

She was dying to eat (an hour after she last ate, and then I pumped..I think someone's going through a growth spurt!), so I gave her the pumped stash... I'm watching her like a hawk for signs of spit up.

Such is my life these days. hehe..

    I remember the feeling.  One day I was putting milk into storage bags and I dropped a 6 oz bag on the floor and it busted.  I just sat down in the floor and cried.  It is like gold, especially when you have to work so hard for it.

    i am SO the same way :-) it used to take me that long too, especially if i just pumped after a feeding.

    ME TOO!!!  Last night SH only drank half of a bottle of BM, and I caught myself yelling at DH (who was feeding her). He was like, "what do you want me to do???"

    hehe

    Hey - how much if Holly eating per feeding, and total each day??

    I dropped a bag too. Also DH left 2 bags sitting out overnight and when I found them the next morning I considered bodily harm.
