what's the trick for getting the car seat level? We just installed ours and it slopes toward the back of the car. It's in the full recline position and is basically still straight up. Also, the knobs to tighten the straps are on the back seat - you can't even turn them.

Is this car seat a loss cause in my car? Anything you can suggest?

I think the user manual says to use a rolled up towel to get it level. Check the manual for more tips.

we used a rolled up towel in our truck but we had a car seat technician install the one in my car and she used a pool noodle, worked great.
