My Dd is 4.5 months and has had some signs of teething the past few weeks and Inoticed tonight she has little white dots on her gum in the upper left hand side. I felt it with my finger and it feels hard, could this be a tooth starting?
I'm excited about it but also worried about the fussiness. She hasn't showed anything other than drooling alot and chewing her hands. If I notice excessive fussiness and nothing else seems to calm her I guess I will know its teething. She isn't a cryer, the only times she cries is when she has had gas pains. So, she's pretty easy to read and know what's wrong.

not all babies need tylenol and have a hard time with teething. DD hasn't has any tylenol or teething tablets or anything more than some snuggles so far and has done fine.
Re: Can you see the teeth starting through the gums?
