We use Ashburn Village Pediatrics. I've heard a lot of good things about Ashburn Pediatrics, but everytime I tried to call there when I was pg with DD and looking for pediatricians I was put on hold 5+ minutes or no one answered the phone at all. That happened 3x, at which point I gave up on them. Had I been calling about something serious with my child I would not be happy with that kind of "service." We've been very happy at Ashburn Village Pediatrics (we don't live in Ashburn Village). They are part of Capital Area Pediatrics (capitalareapediatrics.com) and also have some other offices out this way.
We go to South Riding Pediatrics. We are happy with them for the most part. They are REALLY conservative about antibiotics though.
I had one issue where DD was stuffy from labor day for 3 months after (not just minor congestion). I got sick of hearing the "wait it out" speech & paying the $20 copay each visit, so I took her to my PCP & got an antibiotic that helped DD.
We go to Pediatric Healthcare in Sterling (they also have a Leesburg office) and I really like them. They have an advice line which I have used FAR too much One of the nurses is also an LC, so for basic questions I always call her. We see Dr. Cooper and she is just great. She always has time for us and answers my plethera of questions.

We go to Pediatric Healthcare as well, and see Dr. Cooper, she is great, so friendly! Dr. Moore is great too, he will see patients on a Sunday if necessary...its a great practice.

We'll be going to Pediatric Healthcare as well. Whole Child was our first choice but they aren't accepting any new patients.
