Your last name is Anderson? Madelynn Anderson is very rhyme-y to me. We always wanted to use the name Holden if we had a boy, but our name ends in -on and it just didn't flow when I said it out loud. You know?
Madelynn, but I would spell it Madeleine or Madelyn.
Kerrington makes me thinks of Nancy Kerrigan (I had to look it up, b/c I thought for a minute that was her last name) and knee-breaking scandals. Definitely a BIG NMS.
I like Kerrington! Madelynn is very popular and if you used the nickname Maddie it's the same nn for Madison, yet another popular name! Kerrington is cute.. I can see this name as a successful business woman and if you wanted you could call her Kerri for short! GL
haha...i watched so you think you can dance and even went to go see the live show When I first saw Kerrington's name, I thought, wow she must be a snooty b*tch or come from money....but when I saw how down to earth and cool she was, I liked her and her name. So I vote for Kerrington (of course you could always use Kerri as a nickname if you wanted to sound less high brow!)
Re: Madelynn or Kerrington?
We wanted to spell it in a different way because we thought people would say "Mad-a-line" and we'd have to correct them all the time.
What do you think?
Madelynn. I don't mind the spelling.
Kerrington sounds like a snooty rich name to me, like Thurston Howell III. I have no idea why, it just does!
Madelynn, but spelled Madeline.
ETA: I see what you mean about people pronouncing it wrong. I still like the look of Madeline better, but I don't think Madelynn is terrible.

Madelynn sounds good too.
Kerrington sounds snooty. Isn't that a boy's name?
Paddington bear is a boy - sounds similar.
Madelynn, but I would spell it Madeleine or Madelyn.

my niece's name is Madeline, pronounced Mad-a-line and no one mispronounces it. I prefer her spelling.
Kerrington is very boy to me - I've only seen it as Carrington before also

I like Madelynn. I don't think there's anything wrong with spelling it this way.
Kerrington sounds trust fund-ish to me.
Madelynn...and this makes sense to me. I've always had to ask otherwise.?
