at what age did this work for you? DS is 14 weeks old and while I really would love for him to be able to go to sleep on his own, it just doesn't seem to happen. We have to wait until he is dead asleep before even attempting to move him or he wakes up.?

Ditto this, and he just started letting me do it. Before this he would scream himself asleep no matter what. It's been so nice to see him drifting peacefully off
i've been doing it for the past two weeks.?
the first time i tried i i didnt expect it to work but its worked like a charm. its nice not having to rock him to sleep anymore. ?
two weeks.
We have a routine where I change, swaddle, nurse, and put to bed. But all kids are different.
It has just started to work and DD is 4.5 months.. I was such a struggle, sometimes taking 2-3 hours for her to finally go to sleep after picking her up and putting her down 50 billion times.
Trust me, it gets better. One day they will just be ready for it. Keep it up, he will get there. GL!
