My dermatologist gave me a product she said was safe during pregnancy called Glytone - its been a savior for me and I'm not breaking out anymore. It has a purple lid and if you google it people seem to be raving about it. I dont think you can buy it at stores - maybe just online or from your derm's office.

I use the mild gel wash, not the acne treatment, but actually benzoyl peroxide and salcylic acid are on my sheet from my doctor that says they are safe to use during pregnancy. I guess every doctor is different.
PS... here are the ingredients on the mild gel wash:
I've always had breakout problems and am allergic to benzoyl peroxide. I use Cetaphil as a facewash and my doc OKed salicylic acid - so I use Neutrogena face cream twice daily. It seems to be working OK for now, not nearly as well as my Retin-A used to though
I go through spurts, sometimes my face looks nice and clear and other times like now it breaks out, I did use a different sopa and I think that is what started the breakout. I have been using Neutrogena liguid fragance free and it keeps my face clear
It's been worse for a couple of weeks but today when I got home from work and looked in the mirror it is horrible! I have never broken out SO badly... Not so much on my back but on my face and neck!
Save for some minor whiteheads here and there, my skin is better than it's been in quite some time. If you are worried about chemicals and acids and all that scary stuff on your face, why not go all-natural? It's a little more expensive, depending upon what you use, but it's safer and in my experience, usually works much better. I get my face stuff from LUSH (www.lush.com) and I swear by just about everything they carry. GL with the skin and product searches!

i LOOOVE lush products!!! handmade, natural, and smell better than any other products out there... even though they cost more i totally think they're worth it.
My face is breaking out like crazy. I used to get zits every now and then, and used benzoyl peroxide. But I've stopped using that since getting PG. I use Mary Kay timewise facial wash, which worked well before, but now it doesn't help the zits.
I got some Burt's Bees all natural blemish stick a few days ago, and so far it has done nothing.
Luckily not so far... I normally breakout bad around AF time but am clearer lately (YEA!) but I wanted to keep this post in my cross check in case I do!
I have VERY sensitive skin and react badly to anything with fragrance in it... it is one of the top skin allergens say my dermo doc... Try a more mild shampoo & conditioner & facial wash:
Re: Anyone else breaking out?
Check your shampoo and conditioner and make sure they dont contain Panthenol. Panthenol is a very common cause of breakouts and backne.
I use Dove, which does not contain any Panthenol , but many products do (like Panten Pro V, etc).
is this it? https://www.glytone.com/acne/index.html
because it contains salcylic acid and benzoyl peroxide which really shouldnt be used while PG
