Discontinued items on registry?

We registered at BRU and I am now noticing that most of the Fisher-Price rainforest items are on sale.  I am not sure if they are just on sale this week, or if they are being discontinued.  It shows they are unavailable online, which makes me wonder if it is the latter of the two thoughts.  I thought when I registered they said I'd be notified if something was being discontinued, but I haven't gotten anything.

 How can I find this out?  I couldn't find anything on Fisher-Price's website.  TIA!

    I had a lot of items on both my registries that are going to be discontinued.. Most of the items I'm not tooo concerned about but the things I really want I'll just buy on my own. I would call the store to find out..

    Look the items up on other sites and keep watching them to see what happens.  My guess is they're just on sale...

    ...or better yet, you can remove it and add it again, and if the notification of it being discontinued comes up you will know then.

    I have the Fisher-Price Rainforest line on my registry through walmart.com.  None of my items are on sale and none of them are out of stock so I hope that means we are good.  Smile

    I went to BRU yesterday, and they said all Rainforest products are being discontinued.  The new pattern is called Precious Planet.

    thanks this was helpfull we were told they were getting a new style that would look the same. Dosent look so much the same to me .
