Well I'd freeze them if you're not planning on cooking them right away. Freeze them in batches so you don't have to thaw the whole bag at once.
As far as what to do with them, anything! You can cover them in a little bit of olive oil, garlic, salt/pepper, and rosemary, and stick them in the oven. Yum!

they are already frozen - so that is good. I just prefer white meat versus dark but I'm sure we'll be able to use them.
