I make it all of the time-mostly because my DH requests it and it's one of his favorite meals. I just brown ground beef and then mix it with a can of cream of mushroom soup. Then, I put that in a casserole dish and put cheddar cheese on top of that, then I lay tator tots on top and bake at 400 or so until the tots are nice and crispy. I don't put veggies in it. I just cook them on the side.
