  We got this bedding as well and didn't get the wall decals, not sure if they are even still available as they were clearancing it all out.  So I painted cirlces myself.  I took a pushpin, some string, and a pencil to draw them, and then just painted them in with a brush.  It's a little tedious, but it's looking good so far.  Good luck.

  Walmart actually has several types of wall circle decals.  I don't know what color you are looking for, but her are a few options.

  google "wall pops" they have tons of colors - you can get them on amazon and ebay for cheaper, too.
