This was sort of cool, so I wanted to share.
I went to Farm Fresh this past Fridaywith my daughter and all the shopping carts had broken safety belts or no safety belts. She's big enough to sit on her own but she's squirmy and fidgety and needs something to anchor her. Otherwise I would have to keep an arm on her the whole time. I was very annoyed and couldn't find anyone to help me find a safe seat. So I left and when I got home I went onto their website and complained.
Well, today in the mail I
received two attachable seat belts from them! Very cool.
It's nice when a company responds to one's needs. Just thought I
would give a little plug for good customer service.
