We are planning our 5 year wedding anniversary trip for this fall, probably November. Last time we went on a cruise, so this time we would like to do an all-inclusive resort trip...Somewhere...most likely Mexico or the Caribbean. Can you please recommend the resort you stayed at?
I would prefer Adults Only, but if you have one that isn't but was an awesome trip...let me know.
Thanks!
Re: Recommend your Adults Only All Inclusive Resort
We went to Sandals Whitehouse (Jamaica) for our honeymoon and it was wonderful!
Great food, great drinks (!!!), wonderful atmosphere, really nice beach and pools.. It was a lot of fun. We spent a lot of time at the pools, but also went waterskiing, paddle boad, kyaking.. it was great.
The only downside was that the resort is far from everything else, so if you want to do excursions (swim w/ dolphins, waterfalls, zip line, etc..) you have 2+ hour drives! So we ended up staying at the resort the entire time and not doing any of the other stuff. They do have other Sandals resorts on the island though, that are near a lot of the attractions.

We went to the Aventura Spa Palace in Mexico (Rivieria Maya) for our HM. It was nice, but had no beach, and I missed the beach more than I thought I would. I have to recommend the Iberostar Grand Paraiso in Mexico. Have never been there, but stayed at another Iberostar in Mex. and LOVED everything about Iberostar. The Grand Paraiso is adults only.
In Jamaica, I have heard wonderful things about the Sandals Whitehouse resort.
Ditto on the Excellence in Rivera Maya/Cancun. We loved it!
Also, I was addicted to tripadvisor.com when i was planning our honeymoon. they have great info and reviews on there.
