horrible charlie horse

Ok so I woke up the night before last w/ a KILLER charlie horse and my leg still freakin hurts! It's the worst when I lay down at night too.  I eat a banana every morning. Is this just a weird pregnancy thing?

    yes...I get them....and I eat bananas like crazy.  The doctor said it's another joy of pregnancy.  Try forcing your foot flat on the floor the next time you get one....it seems to help me=)

    ya that's exactly what i did. i got up and walked around. of course i had to pee anyway, so it worked out... lol 

    damn... i knew it'd be "another joy of pregnancy"... *grumble*

    Yeah, these have been coming and going for me the entire pregnancy. I just put all of my weight on the leg that hurts and it goes away quicker.
