High chair or space saver chair? what do you recommend?

Do you use a high chair or a space saver chair? What are the cons to a space saver chair besides it using one of our regular chairs which I'm not concerned with. The space saver chair I'm looking at converts to a booster seat as well: https://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2508005

I have read many people recommend the FP space saver. I didn't get it because our chairs wouldn't work with it. I have the graco contempo and it folds up nicely.

I love my evenflo high chair becuase I can put ds in it even before he had/has full head control because it leans back. I don't think many or any space saving ones have that feature. For me, that feature just adds the fact that I can put him in it if I am washing dishes and he can join us at the table for supper at a very young age. I did get space saving one for my parents house that turns into a booster seat which seems like a good idea, but we won't get to try it for a couple more months.

the space saving one i have reclines so you can use it at any age. i really like it! i think it is the fisher price one?

The FP one is the one I'm looking at, with the ability to recline. I'm hoping it would work with the chairs that I have.

I think it wouldn't work because we have parson chairs and i didn't think they'd be that stable.

Are parson chairs the built-in cushioned chairs? Our dining room chairs are like that but we'd use the space saver with our kitchen chairs (just wood chairs) for that same reason.

We have the first year space saver chair (very inexpensive). I think the FP one looks nicer. One perk is that we live in a tiny house, so a regular high chair doesn't fit through door ways once it's set up. This is great, b/c we feed dd everywhere. I move it into the kitchen while I cook so she can hang out and watch, she sits at the dining room table like a big girl during family dinners and etc.
