Hi- coming over from SAIF where I posted this as well, but thought you ladies would have some great input for me. What stroller/carseat did you go with and do you recommend it? Thanks!!!!!!?
We have the Chicco Keyfit 30 and Chicco Trevi stroller. Love them both, used them a lot together as a travel system.
Only complaints on the Trevi are there is not a cup holder for me (instead I got a Maclaren univeral organizer that attaches to the handles & holds bottled water, etc), and the sunshade doesn't cover enough.
I went with the uppa baby vista (pricey, but worth every cent!) And the peg perego Primo Viaggio SIP 30/30.?
I love the car seat, dd hated it until she grew into it a little better. It goes to 30" or 30lbs. It's very heavy.??
The carriage/stroller I have used for EVERYTHING! I used the bassinet/carriage part as her regular basinet at night as well as a carriage. We got the car seat adapter and use it as a snap & go. And we just put the stroller seat in. Everything is interchangeable & easily changed out. It's pretty light and easily maneuvered with one hand. ?
We have the Graco platinum for the car seat and the Citi Mini for the stroller. No, it is not a cute travel system that matches, but the Citi Mini rocks! It is only 17 lbs and you can collapse it with one hand by pulling on the handle located where your LO's tushy would be.
metrolite travel system from graco---the metrolite is not as heaviy as a conventional travel system, and the snugride is the carseat. get a stroller frame too--they are easy and lightweight.

I have the graco snugride in lotus and love it- the lotus has a huge subshade, not all the snugrides do. We got the graco snugrider stroller frame which is light, easy and i keep it in the car. and a Baby Jogger city jogging stroller for walks.

we got the baby trend expedition le. i wouldn't get it again. the stroller is hard to turn and the handle on the carseat gets stuck fairly regularly. i've heard from several other moms the same complaint about the carseat
We got the Maxi-cosi Mico carseat and the Perle stroller. We love them, and so does DS. They are really light and the stroller collapses really easily. The only downside is that the stroller rides a little rough on bumpy surfaces. We are getting a BOB revolution for our walks.

I have the Chicco travel system in Explorer. I love it! The stroller does take up a lot of room in the trunk, but it's never been a problem for me. It's also really light - I can get it in and out of the trunk myself; and you can open it and fold it closed one handed. Also, my DH loves to tell people that it has good suspension, lol.
The car seat is great too. It's a little heavy but other than that I have no problems with it.

I wasn't a big fan of the travel systems so I got a Graco Snugride car seat in Gisell and I love it so far.
We got the Fisher Price Infant to Toddler stroller but they dont make it anymore. I found it on ebay though.
