OMG can sombody smack my RE's STAFF?

So I had my appt today to start my second cycle. Im excited I am happy hubby and I are being optimistic great. The dr bring me to nursing station to rush blood work and ultrasound. While him doing this he ask her a simple question and she goes mouthing him off and talking over him. I'm a nurse and I dont know exactly if she is or not but this is a place of business and you have to be professional. WHy are you mouthing off your Boss? Ok so she is done mouthing him off does what she has to do for me with no issues. I go to work waiting for the call for intructions to take my meds tonight. So i get THREE missed calls on my cell phone and no VOICE MESSAGE. I call the office back they are closed. I have my RE's personal cell phone (I belive that he has given me because of some of his lousy staff). i gave him a call, he ask one of the girls there if they called. Here goes miss big mouth mouthing him off stating she called me "seven" times and left a voice message and going on with him. She finally takes his phone and give me unclear instructions where i had to specify a few things. I MEAN WHAT IS UP WITH THESE PEOPLE in this profession these days? Maybe its me maybe because I am a NURse I just expect good, old normal professional behavior! sheesh man if this round doesnt work, I am going have to leave my kind RE.........

Wow, that just goes so far beyond them not being the 'warm and understanding' that you were talking about a couple of days ago. That's terrible.
Methinks your RE should stop being so kind and fire their asses. Seriously, he gave you his personal cell # because he knows his staff is useless?? I don't even know what to say. If he knows about it and still will do nothing then that's his own problem. He will end up having more and more patients leave due to them and whenit finally hits him in his pocket maybe he will get it.
That sucks!!!! At least you have your doc's cell phone? Do you live In Tampa because it sounds like something that would happen at my RE's office. I'm a nurse also and I cannot stand how I am treated at their office. I like my doctor but I NEVER see him/talk to him unless I make a consult appt.
I have a consult with another RE in 2 weeks. If I end up moving to IVF, I am not going to be able to deal with their office. Is there another office you can possible go to?
I hope you get your BFP soon so you don't have to deal with them much longer!!
UGH! How completely unprofessional. Being optimistic: let's hope for your sake that he reemed her out later and she will be on her best behavior next time...well...let's hope anyways! It is enough to deal with fertility issues; having supportive professional staff is a MUST!
