What does this sound like-DS sick again!

Ugh, we just got over the stomach flu! 

Sam had a cough earlier today and as the day has gone on, it is sounding more and more gurguly (sp-is that a word even?).  Anyway, he just woke up from his nap with a 103.3 fever.  Besides the fever and cough, he has no other symptoms.  Appetite and energy level was fine today.  What does this sound like?  Besides Tylenol, what should I do?

DS1 10-06 and DS2 9-08 and baby #3 EDD 9-05-12

    It sounds a lot like Maddie was both times she had bronchitis.  The cough and fever sprung up out of nowhere, but didn't slow her down at all.

    Hi Jodi!  Great sig pic!  Sorry Sam is sick.  I would alternate Tylenol and motrin every 3 hours to keep the fever in check.  Make sure he is drinking lots of fluids and take it easy. It is great that his appetite and energy is good despite the fever.  Hope he feels better soon!

    I'd try to get him to the doctor if they can still fit you in. ?He might need an antibiotic and getting them seen on the weekends can be hard. ?Hope he's better soon! ?

    My friend's daughter has the same symptoms.  She took her to the pedi today, and they said it was just a bad cold and to give Motrin/Tylenol for the fever.  She has a really runny nose, too.

    The looser sounding cough is a good thing, though.  It is probably just loose mucous.
