Club Soda Check In

I did pretty good all day until dinner.  Then we ate out and I had a Mt. Dew - haven't had one of those in probably a month!  BIG MISTAKE!  I was soooo hyper at bedtime last night.  DH said he wanted to hit his head against the wall to knock himself out....lol.  OOPS!

    No sodas!  But, I did have a sweet tea from Chick-fil-a.  That's just as bad (if not worse) Sad

    Soda Club? Is the a support group for those trying to kick the habit?

    If so, I need it. 5 years ago I went cold turkey from drinking soda, until I got pregnant. I started drinking it in the 1st tri to help me burp. Gross I know. Then when I was told I had GD I had to stop again, but after DS was born I was drinking 4 or 5 Cokes a day.

    Now that I am trying to lose weight again, I am trying to stop cold turkey again. I have not had a coke since DSs Birthday party almost two weeks ago.

    Yes welcome!  We TRY to support each other - more or less it is a confession!  I need someone to YELL at me when I drink a soda though!  Like I am doing at this very second!  I am good while at work but on the weekends i SUCK!

    I'm on my 3rd day of my diet and doing really well with controlling my food and going low carb.  But I can't seem to kick the diet coke habit!  I had 2 sodas yesterday and I'm about to go get lunch and all I want is a diet coke!  Wish me luck- I'm going to try to walk past the soda dispensers- why do they put it right next to the checkout line????
    3 IUI's and 2 IVF's later- Brady arrived. Born at 36 weeks after PUPPS and pre-e/HELLP.
    IUI- BFN IVF #1 -BFP! Allie is our 2nd IVF baby. Born at 36 1/2 weeks after pre-e again
