I've only called in sick to work one time in over 3 years so I would normally have no issue taking some time off to do this. The problem is we are in our worst two weeks of reporting starting on Monday. My work flow is f'ing crazy.
I'm so f'ing excited. It is posted internally only at this company. The only reason I'm getting an interview is because a friend walked my resume to this guy and said hire her. I never would have gotten in otherwise.
The benefits alone are beyond exciting... reduced work weeks in summer is one of them. It would be such a huge thing for H and I if I can get this.
