Leaking diaper issues

We never had leaking poopy diapers for a long time which I am very thankful for.  But now they are happening every week.  She was in Pampers Swaddlers size 3 and they REALLY leaked so we switched to Size 4.  She isn't quite 18 lbs yet so Size 4 seemed really big but they definitely fit her better then the 3s.  She is short and squat.  Now they only leak a little but we are still getting leaks.  Would switching to Huggies or a different brand help or are the leaks just inevitable.

    I was going to suggest sizing up but seems like thats not heloing much either.  Thats interesting.  I'm sure you're making sure they are on correctly and all that.  it could be just a little phase where she is making a little more than she normally did for whatever reason and she may go back to normal.  Trying a new brand wouldnt hurt, just to see if they make a different.  That didnt help much, sorry!

    You might try a different kind, but I found Pampers are best.  Now that she's older, I find Baby Dry works better than Swaddlers so you might try them.  I also think as they get older it's inevitable bc they eat and drink more and they are mobile so they squish it around. Definitely try the Baby Dry.  Once they get to a coouple pounds before the next diaper size, I usually switch her to the next size. It definitely helps.
