  I am supposed to call as soon as my water breaks or when my contractions are 5 minutes apart for 2 hours. My guess is your doctor will tell you to go in.

  call l&d and see what they say but i was told to come in as soon as my water breaks

  I would say you will go in soon.  My dr told me if my water broke and my contractions were managable than stay at home but come in when they get to be every 5 min for a minute for an hour.  It sounds like your ready!  GL!

  thanks ladies!  I called doc when water broke and his answering service called him and told me just to call back when I felt more that crampy. 

  Nothing I can't talk through yet but definitely painful!
