Woke up swollen this morning...wth?

I woke up because I was having pain in my fingers. I looked at my hands and they were very swollen. I couldn' get my wedding bands off or my other ring on the other hand. My fingers are still red from where I had to apply soap and pull. AF is kind of here. Anyone bloat this bad? The only time I've ever been swollen I was pg.
