  I did too, BW.  They're Essence of Romance parties around here.  They're really fun, but I wouldn't let my 15 year old go to one.  Although I agree with Lanie's statement, if equipping the teens with vibrators would delay sex, I would be all for that.  I'm pretty sure though, sadly, that they wouldn't stop at vibrators. . .
