I hate being a worrier...

DS slept all day today. You would think I would have enjoyed taking advantage of it, but instead I worried because it's out of character for him to sleep ALL day long. He woke up to eat right on time, would take his bottle, and fall back to sleep. He had a couple hours of alert time when DH got home, but other than that he just slept. He doesn't feel warm or feverish, but I'm wondering if I should take his temp. anyway.

Do any of your babies have a day like this once in a while?

i take dd's temp in her armpit once in a while just to make sure she's ok when she is acting a little weird. that way it's not to bad for her. but yes, babies have lazy days just like us. he also might be going through a growth spurt. as long as he is eating, pooping and peeing normally enjoy it!

Yup, DD did that today in fact. Would not nap yesterday, and today did nothing but nap. It's likely a growth spurt, don't worry about it if he's still eating as usual.
