Taggy blankets/other items

Does anyone here make taggy blankets or anything else... taggy? lol I'm thinking of getting one for DS for Valentine's Day.
Mom to an almost 4 y/o and an almost 2 y/o. In process of growing our family through adoption.

    I'm sorry - what is a "taggy"?

    Is it like a lovie or something similar?  I saw them on etsy and I still don't know.  It looks like a cute blanket with "tags" around the outer rim?  Do they have a specific purpose, or are they just cute?

    It's a blanket with "tags" around all around it. I think babies just like the tags like they like to pull the tags on pillows and everything else.

    I got one at AustinBaby that little dude loved, until it dropped at maker fare (sniffle). I was thinking of making a new one myself, but if kim77's mom makes them , I think I need to email her :)

    Little ones love to chew on the tags. They like them better than the toy they are attached to!
