Help: shirts for big busts... :(

Why people get fake boobs... I do not know. Overrated.

So I have lost all of my baby weight, and back in my size 4 jeans... but my boobs are still a lovely 36H.

I am having a hard time finding shirts that don't make me look huge. I need help :(

Re: Help: shirts for big busts... :(

  • Can I just say I hate you? ?"I'm so skinny and my boobs are so big!?lol.

    Can't help ya sweetie. ? Wish I could, but I am a 34B. ? ?

    ?

Translation: I am totally jealous that you are back at pre-pg weight. ?Congrats, that is really good for you. ? I can't say I would ever want to be a 36H, but I will definitely get a boob job at some point!?

  • I'm almost in the same boat....I'm "only" a 32DD though.....I'm wearing button ups and some sweaters right now. I had to return a few sweaters I got for Christmas because they were a little tight across the chest.

  • ugh, please let me know when you figure this out. An "H" oh my. I was mad I'm a DD, but i have the same issue.?

    ?

  • I feel your pain. 36E. I avoid button up shirts at all costs unless I buy them too big then take them to be altered. I've also invested in a lot of camies and tank tops to wear under things so the girls don't poke anyone's eye out.

I'm affraid to google "big breasts" in any context but I'm sure there are some retailers out there that make stuff just for the busty. Pam Anderson wears tops sometimes... wonder where she gets them?

  • Good for you for losing all your baby weight! That's great! As for the big boobs, can't help ya. I'm a 36C and hate it. I used to be a 34A and loved it. Never understood the big boob hype.

  • there was an episode of "what not to wear" about this issue recently.  the solution was to purchase button up type shirts a size larger and have them tailored around the waist area so it will not look tent like.  They also paired them with cute jackets to "lock and load."

Mine aren't quite that big (they may have been at one point, but thankfully, I am back to a 34 D). I wish they were smaller. Cute little tops that are supposed to be tight look weird on me. I wear a lot of tank tops and camis under tops to help "soften" the silhouette, so to speak. I feel your pain, though. I hated having the big boobs and do not understand why some women pay big bucks to have huge breasts. However, a little lift would be nice. :o)

AMEN on the lift.  I have already told DH after we are "done" they babies are getting a makeover.

  • Wrap shirts work really well, and I usually wear a cami underneath. Ann Taylor was where I got mine....

  • I avoid buttons at all cost.  When you find a shirt that looks good....but it in many colors!!!!!  I found some cute shirts/sweaters at loft.....but I do try on alot of clothes when I am shopping and it stinks how much stuff I can't wear!  Finding a dress is the worst....
  • I'm a 38F and all I wear is layers. I love to wear jackets with EVERYTHING of course I don't button them and I wear layers underneath.
