Grand Opening... YES!!

Ladies.... I'm not sure if you have heard of this... but there is a restaurant named "Chipotle" that sells burritos, salsa, etc... and one is FINALLY opening near my house today! I'm on my way out there right now to get some grub... and I just had to share my excitement! lol! Anyone else get this excited over food lately?

I'm jealous! I've heard it's good and that they try to use local ingredients which is important to me. I also love Qdoba, but our closest one is 30 min away. We have a Moe's near our house and it's AWFUL.

You have NO idea how jealous I am of you right now... the closest Chipotle's to my house is 2 hours away... DH and I have a date set for this weekend to drive up there so I can have one! For some reason I have been 'craving' one recently, and at this point, anything I actually want to eat, DH will do anything to get for me! I'm so lucky! We actually just made those plans yesterday... so funny that you'd post this today!

Yippee! I can certainly appreciate your excitement. Chipotle R-O-C-K-S!!! Their meats are all natural, with no antibiotics or other weird stuff added to them. The salads are yummy! We're lucky we have like 5 in the city I live in. After eating Chipotle, I will NEVER eat at Moe's again!

Chipotle is in Lexington, but not around here, i.e., Louisville. But we do have Qdoba and Moe's - which are both muy excellente!! ?If only we had one or both here in Elizabethtown, cause I crave them 24/7.

i get excited over Subway and Arbys toasted subs...they are heaven. I am not a meat eater, pg or not, so i just get a cheese sammich at either place and they are so yummy.

Wow, I must be lucky. I can think of like 3 Chipotle's within a 15 minute driving distance. One is probably 5 mins from my house. Unfortunately anything spicy just sounds disgusting right now Ick!

I love that the Chipotle post is 2 pages. We eat there every Sunday for lunch after church. I think my DH would eat there everyday if I would agree.

I have one by me, but I've never gone there. I'm not a fan of mexican/burritos. I keep thinking I'll at least go in an look at the menu but I have to wait until food smells good again.

I felt this way when Northern Ohio got a Sonic. Then we moved to TN, where there is a Sonic on every corner, and no Chipotle in the whole dang state. We had 3 in Toledo. SO sad. I love me some Sonic, but I don't think it was a fair trade.
