how old do you think you will be when you are done having kids?

or what age were you when your last was born. I would love to have one more. I am 30 now and dh says no more for 2-3 years. So I hope to be 32 or 33.

I had two pree pregnancies, last one when I was 28. I'm 99% sure we're done. The only way I'd have another is if we could get by on DH's salary alone and I could go out on leave for the entire pg. Not happenin' in the city we live in. (dh would have more, I told him when he could carry them for the 9months)

If we were done with DS2 I was 26...apparently I can't count.

If we still have DC3..hopefully I will be 28 or 29, depending on how long we take.

Back when I was young before I had kids I said 30. That changed to 35 after DD was born. I just don't know anymore. I don't know how many I want, and I'm not sure I have a magic age. I'm going to stop trying to plan my life and just let things happen as they are supposed to.

DH wants to be done by 30, I don't think that is going to happen. this baby I will just turn 29, so I will likely have a 3rd at 31. But then I would like a 4th, maybe 33 or so. I would def. like to be done by 35.

The question should never be about when we think we are done, but rather we should be asking the One who gave us these precious children. It's easy to get caught up in what we want. (I'm not immune either). I try every morning to thank God and ask Him what I can do today that would please Him and not me. (sometimes it's not easy) especially if my little one had a rough night.

When we shut ourselves off through sterilization/contraceptives, we are basically saying to God "I'm done with your help" now it's all about me.?

I turn 32 this year - we plan to start TTC #2 sometime in either the summer or fall, depending on our new health insurance policy ;P Just LOVE having this dictated by health insurance...but we certainly cannot afford a c-section delivery without health insurance!

So, if all goes well, we will be done by no later than 33, possibly even before (my b-day is in May).

I'm NOT getting sliced open any more than twice - if we want a third, we are adopting!

If we don't have any more children then it would have been 34, but we are still undecided on #3. If we did have a third I would be 38. I had my first at 32, and having 2 that are two years apart has been HARD. I need a larger age gap between the 2nd and 3rd child.
