Book recs: 2 fabulous finds

A friend of mine lent me two books that I've gone through and ended up ordering for myself.  The first is Gymboree:  Play and Learn, 100 Fun Activities For Your Baby.  There are so many great - and simple!! - things to do w/ your baby in this book!!  I wish I had found this book months ago.  The second is put out by the American Academy of Pediatrics and is called The Wonder Years.  It's written towards helping your child achieve the major developmental milestones.  Super reader-friendly.

  • Thanks for the Gymboree book reccommendation!

I love The Wonder Years.  It explains the phases of a baby's development so well, and all the quotes from frustrated mothers helped me feel less alone when my DD was going through a clingy phase, or a whiny phase, or her current sleepless phase (so many fun phases!).
