Of the 13 mature embryos 11 fertilized normally with ICSI. A 12th also fertilized, but they only saw 1 pronuclei this morning and at this point they should see 2. That one could still develop into a good embie but they are keeping it separate.
To compare to last cycle, we had the exact same number retrieved and the exact same number mature (13 and 15). I'd have to look back at my notes but I'm pretty darn sure we only had 9 fertilize, so we're already doing better than last cycle.

They'll decide that tomorrow. It isn't until day 2 that they start to see things like fragmentation that guides their decision

I think there are worse things to debate than how many perfect eggs to transfer
