FF ?

So since it looks like this is going to be a break cycle I am not wasting CBEFM sticks and OPKs. I want to continue to chart, just so I know when I o and when to expect FP. If I put FF on hold, can I continue to chart with the basic ff or does it lock me out until i take it off hold?

I remember asking Staycee about this before and she said it locks you out of basic ff so you have to use pen and paper. I may be wrong in my remembory though
