C-section moms a pain question for you

The past few weeks I have had weird stomach pain. Some sharp pains by my incision site and some up above like where my uterus topped out at during pregnancy (right under the ribs) Sometimes it feels like crossing a rib or pulling a muscle if I turn wrong, somtimes it is an ache. I go to the dr. who did my c-sec on friday but am home alone and getting worried. My general dr. said it was probably surgery related and to ask the other doc when I went. I was on bedrest from start of july to end of August so maybe my muscles were just weak? I don't know but I am getting scared to find out.

Oh and I have slight pleurosy (?) , ear infection and red throat. Duh I coulda told ya that have a prescription for amoxicillen. Thanks for your input ladies.

I had that same pain you are describing for 5 weeks after the baby was born, now it is much better. I would ask your Dr about it on Friday, just to be sure.

I get wierd pains, doc said they are normal as long as they are too bothersome, or too sharp, or last a long time.

I am finding I am getting increasingly numb, however.

I had the same thing right after my csection and it is just scar tissue building up...nothing to be worried about. I had called the on call nurse because of the sharp pain. It did go away though after 2 weeks or so. And I still have numbness around my incision and was told the feeling may never come back completely.
