Can someone measure their baby's waist please?

I need my dd's waist measurement but she's sleeping! She's 9m and is 21 lbs and 29.5" long. She wears Carter's 9-12. If anyone w/ a similar sized baby could measure their tummy, I'd really appreciate it.
