Pee problem

So I have to pee all the time as is normal. But lately as soon as I see the potty when I'm on my way to pee I am like ready to start peeing and have to hold it and really really work on holding it so I don't pee my pants. Is this normal?

    I don't wait forever. It is sometimes just the time it takes me to get from my desk to where the bathroom is on this floor. Plus I have to go through two secure doors to get to the bathroom. (they have keypads and you have to have the combo or the other one you have to swipe your id to get in the door)
