That means the follistim + menopur are working, yes? Forgive me, but I'm not one to get this type of pain.

I definitely don't think discomfort is anything to worry about and could be a good sign. Good luck!

It's hard to say for sure without knowing exactly what type of pain, but if it's just a discomfort, I'd say yes! I usually use that as a sign, too, that the meds are working and follies are growing - yay!
