  Yummmm! I always like either baked beans, cole slaw, or corn on the cob with pulled pork. Enjoy!!!!

  It's not even 11am and now I want pulled pork

   

  Chips and veggies 

  Married on 3.20.2004. It took 30 month, 2 failed adoptions and IVF for our first miracle. We have had 9 foster kids since he was born and started the domestic adoption process when he was 10 month old, we had 4 failed matches in that time. After our daughter was born we brought her home and spent 2 weeks fearing we might lose her because of complications that came up. But Praise God all went through and she is ours forever! Expecting again after IVF

  coleslaw is always a good one or fresh green beans. You could also do some asparagus or mac n cheese.

  I second cole slaw and baked beans. I also like to put a slice of provalone and a bit of mustard on my sammich. Yummy!!! Now I have to make pulled pork this weekend.

  Yummy! Can I come for dinner? I was also going to suggest cole slaw and corn bread if you don't serve the pulle pork as a sandwich.

  In NC, one serves with barbecue (aka pulled pork!):

  *hush puppies

  *slaw

  *corn

  *green beans

  *Brunswick stew (my favorite, but that's a bit more challenging)

  *banana pudding

  *sweet tea...always!
  

  Yum!  Maybe I'll ask DH to get some on his way home from work!

  I forgot about hush puppies...I am from the south too and I could eat hush puppies as a meal...yummy.  Perhaps with this bronchitis I have I will have the energy to make them.  If only I could do some fried okra too
