Do collapsible potty rings exist? Where?

I looked at Target but only saw the regular ones that don't fold down, and I'm hoping there's such a thing as a portable one that will fit in the diaper bag. I don't mean just the little paper rings to keep the seat clean, but an actual potty seat to keep her tiny butt from falling in the public toilet. Would BRU have something like that?

We have the Dora one and we hate it...it is a PIA!
As pp stated some kids get pinched by the seat and DD did and she is now afraid of it. I would much rather use paper seat covers than the collapsible seat.

We got one from BRU, but Evan hated it. ?I was always worried it would pinch him, and one time we used it at the mall and it just fell in the toilet. ?I find it easier just to hold him up on the seat.
