has anyone had success with iui with low sperm count?

    has your DH had repeat SAs done? You often see that doing them a few times gives different results. I know my DH was always better the 2nd day (which is not usually the case).  One friend's DH was told he had no sperm at all - a 2nd SA done a month later it was pretty good.

    he didn't have a low count... but always much higher the 2nd day of IUI.

    i don't have a story for me, however my best friend just had success. Her second IUI, unmedicated with only 6 mil sperm and she finally got her BFP! I say finally because she miscarried and tried for another 18 months before being referred oddly.

    yep! Dh had very low counts, he was put on an antibiotic for 3 months and then our first iui worked

    Us, and I have PCOS.  We got our BFP on our first IUI.  Good luck!
